Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll contact you via e-mail with an RMA(return merchandise authorization) number and will notify you of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Items will not be accepted without an RMA number.

Shipping

To determine shipping costs click on the shipping calculator in the shopping cart after adding the products you wish to purchase. At this time it will give you your shipping options and prices.

Domestic-

For domestic orders we ship Fedex ground, USPS( both free with orders over $75) and Fedex express. All rods are shipped in heavy duty rod tubes.

International-

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. For international orders we ship Fedex and USPS.

NEW!!!!  Huge savings! We now ship internationally by order total using a flat rate. Rods ship Fedex economy for the flat rate and everything else ships USPS Priority for the flat rate. Shipping methods will be chosen at our discretion and we will advise via email with the tracking number and method. Please use the form below for any questions. The Fedex express option can be chosen at checkout if that is how you would like your package to ship.
